A route is only as good as the trains running on it. The Hungarian MSTS community has created digital replicas of virtually every locomotive to ever run on Hungarian rails.

Running Hungarian content on stock MSTS is frustrating. The original game had memory limits that cause crashes on long routes like Budapest–Debrecen.
In the years following the game's release, a dedicated group of Hungarian creators and enthusiasts emerged to build content that brought the country's rail network to life.
