Hi all,
I'm using ST's CubeMX implementation on a F4 discovery board. I use ST's USB middlewares with FreeRTOS.
When I get a special OutputReport from PC side I have to answer nearly immediately (in 10-15 ms). Currently I cannot achieve this timing and it seems my high priority tasks can interrupt the USB callback. What do you think, is it possible? Because it's generated code I'm not sure but can I increase the priority of the USB interrupt (if there is any)?
Thank you,
David
10 to 15 ms is very slow, so I'm sure its possible.
Where is the USB callback function called from? If it is an interrupt then it cannot be interrupted by high priority RTOS tasks. Any non interrupt code (whether you are using an RTOS or not) can only run if no interrupts are running.
Without knowing the control flow in your application its hard to know what to suggest. How is the OutputReport communicated to you? By an interrupt, a message from another task, or some other way?
The callback which receive the data from PC is called from the OTGFSIRQHandler (it's the part of the HALPCDIRQHandler function). I think the problem is SysTickHandler's priority is higher than OTGFSIRQHandler and it's cannot be modified, but the scheduler shouldn't interrupt the OTGFSIRQHandler with any task handled by the scheduler. Am I wrong that the scheduler can interrupt the OTGFS_IRQHandler?
The title itself, which translates to "The Leap," perfectly describes the transition from level . For many learners, finding a "De Sprong NT2 PDF" or using the physical workbook is the most effective way to bridge this gap. What is De Sprong NT2?
Because De Sprong is a popular course, many students sell their used workbooks for €15-€25. Ask the seller if the workbook has been written in. If it is untouched (or erased), you are getting a cheap, legal physical copy.

Learning Dutch as a second language (NT2 - Nederlands als Tweede Taal ) can be a challenging, yet rewarding endeavor. For learners aiming for the higher end of language proficiency—specifically towards the State Exam NT2 Programme II (B2 level)—finding the right study materials is crucial. One of the most effective and popular resources in this arena is
(The Leap) is specifically crafted to bridge the gap between level A2 and B1 on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). It is part of the "NT2 op maat" learning line, which includes De Opmaat (0 to A2) and De Finale (B1 to B2).
One of the most celebrated bridges across this gap is the textbook De Sprong (The Jump). However, with the rising demand for digital and home-based learning, thousands of students are searching for specific resources—specifically .

Digital PDF readers allow you to highlight text, add digital sticky notes, and type answers directly into the workbook fields without ruining a physical copy.

The primary goal for many using De Sprong is passing the NT2 Programme II exam. The content within the book is curated to match the difficulty level of the four exam components:
Thank you for the answer, I think I'm a bit confused with the Cortex ISR priorities :-)
What I can observe is if I use a much higher osDelay in my high priority task I can respond for the received USB message much faster. This is why I think tasks can mess up with my OTG interrupt.
